Two weeks of intensive study and hard work, but we are KMP! So happy to already be running the practices with the teams I manage! Special thanks to Antonio Polo for the training! Yes, we Kanban!

Goal achieved — KMP earned. Now heading for KCP. Thank you again, Antonio Polo.

Finally checking off this goal! Kanban Management Professional. A total of 32 hours of training, balanced with family and work... Not easy at all. But it was great to keep learning and meeting new people. Thank you Polo for the opportunity to learn.

One of those achievements that fills us with pride. My Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential after an excellent learning journey with mentor Antonio Polo & Kanban University. After certifications in Kanban System Design (KSD) and Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI), I was able to deepen my knowledge of the Kanban Method and become even more qualified to bring its principles to my team.

I am passionate about the KANBAN model and all its impact on Project Management. These certifications are the result of days of intense learning, knowledge exchange, and strong determination to become an ever more excellent Project Management professional! My most sincere thanks to master Antonio Polo who, with all his patience, made those days smooth, and especially for his promptness in always attending to me and clearing up any doubts I had!

Yesterday I completed the OFFICIAL Kanban System training. A very hectic and intense week, but it was worth every bit of effort, because acquiring knowledge and putting it into practice is priceless. Thank you Antonio Polo — you exceeded my expectations once again.

We went through case studies that Antonio Polo shared with the cohort, played the Kanban game, and practiced the super tool STATIK to design any Kanban system from scratch! Thank you!

Since its creation, the Kanban Method has developed and evolved as an effective approach for organizations to achieve greater business agility... Thank you Antonio Polo and the entire cohort for the shared learning.

It was an intense week of studying with an amazing team. Thank you Antonio Polo for sharing your knowledge.

Starting Friday with excellent news. Now certified by Kanban University. I am KMPI. I would like to thank Antonio Polo for dedicating his knowledge so expressively during the course.

Much more than a method, Kanban represents new possibilities, new challenges, and new solutions. Think simple, solve complex problems. Collaborative work and continuous improvement are key themes in this training. The first step was climbed successfully! KSD — Kanban System Design. Yesterday I completed the Official Kanban System training. The week was quite intense, but every bit of effort was worth it, because acquiring knowledge and putting it into practice is priceless. Thank you Antonio Polo — you exceeded my expectations once again.

The KANBAN GAME dynamic from the KPMI course with master Antonio Polo. A very cool activity simulating the application of KANBAN for project management! A simple, visual, and very versatile method.

Last day of training with the wonderful master Antonio Polo! Days of tremendous learning and experience sharing! One more certification earned, one more step toward becoming a highly qualified professional. Yes we Kanban!

Closing a very productive week with the Kanban System Design certificate, a lot of knowledge acquired and validated. What a top-tier cohort that exchanged experiences non-stop. Thank you for the teachings, Antonio Polo. 'Stop starting and start finishing.'

Wrapping up the week with one more course completed! A lot of learning and experience exchange in the KPMI course with Antonio Polo. During the Kanban Game dynamic I was part of the Kanbanzeiros team!

And to close the week, a Kanban University certification — Kanban System Design (KSD). Growing even further in every detail and becoming a better professional every day. Not to mention the Kanban Game Challenge — spectacular!!!

On my knowledge and agility growth journey, I met Antonio Polo at Agilistas em Ação and we agreed on a package all the way to the TKP. The week was marked by yet another achievement — the KSD (KMPI) certification with master Antonio Polo, who led the training with mastery. We formed a true orchestra, a wonderful team full of rich experiences and support, pure synergy! It was great to be with all of you, and may we keep meeting at trainings, workshops, events, in our careers, and in life!
