System Improvement (KMP II)

Two weeks of intensive study and hard work, but we are KMP! So happy to already be running the practices with the teams I manage! Special thanks to Antonio Polo for the training! Yes, we Kanban!

Goal achieved — KMP earned. Now heading for KCP. Thank you again, Antonio Polo.

Finally checking off this goal! Kanban Management Professional. A total of 32 hours of training, balanced with family and work... Not easy at all. But it was great to keep learning and meeting new people. Thank you Polo for the opportunity to learn.

One of those achievements that fills us with pride. My Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential after an excellent learning journey with mentor Antonio Polo & Kanban University. After certifications in Kanban System Design (KSD) and Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI), I was able to deepen my knowledge of the Kanban Method and become even more qualified to bring its principles to my team.

I am passionate about the KANBAN model and all its impact on Project Management. These certifications are the result of days of intense learning, knowledge exchange, and strong determination to become an ever more excellent Project Management professional! My most sincere thanks to master Antonio Polo who, with all his patience, made those days smooth, and especially for his promptness in always attending to me and clearing up any doubts I had!

It was 16 hours of KSI, and a total (KSD+KSI) of 32 hours of high-level Kanban classes! Very well-crafted content and synchronized games to understand Kanban concepts.

Beyond extensive reading and e-learning, there were 8 nights — 32 hours of training — guided by Antonio Polo, consisting of theory and practice, with models applied across various companies from different sectors.

Thank you Antonio Polo for the excellent classes. You are a super trainer! See you at KSI next week!

Now I am a full KMP!!! I completed yesterday, after four intense nights of great discussions, networking, and a lot of learning, my KSI/KMPII. Very happy to deepen my knowledge of the Kanban method even further, especially at a strategic level, and to get a broader view of the KMM. Thank you Antonio Polo for all the learning and to all colleagues who contributed so much throughout the entire course. Yes, we Kanban!

Hey Community, how's everyone? I know I've been off the radar... it's part of the process. One more step taken and I'm sure it won't be the last. Gratitude to all colleagues who were present during 4 intense nights of rich content, many exchanges, and above all, empathy for one another. My respect and affection to our facilitator Antonio Polo. Let's go higher, because we need to spread Good to all four corners of this world.

And keeping up the certification pace... one more for the portfolio. I would like to immensely thank Antonio Polo both for the course itself and for the partnership with api ágil!!! If you haven't pursued your Kanban certifications yet... it's absolutely worth investing in Polo's training!

On 07/28 I completed my KSI with Antonio Polo. I was able to learn a lot about Kanban maturity levels, gain a vision of how Kanban understands the evolution of companies and teams, and understand how to apply it in our daily work. Thank you Antonio Polo for the training. I can also share that I earned the KMP title by completing both KSD and KSI!

Finishing July on a high note, I completed an outstanding training delivered by professor Antonio Polo, where I had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge of the Kanban method and learn more at the strategic level through KSI — Kanban Systems Improvement from Kanban University. Yes, we Kanban!

Due to a busy schedule I couldn't post earlier, but I am now a Kanban Management Professional — I completed the KSI last week with the excellent Antonio Polo, with whom I had already taken KSD. A fantastic course with very strong content. I recommend Antonio Polo not only for his excellent teaching style but for bringing real practical examples from his experience with Kanban. This week I took part in the KSI — Kanban System Improvement training, delivered by Antonio Polo!! Nights of great learning, experience exchanges, and deepening of knowledge in the Kanban Method! During those days we learned about the Theory of Constraints, Kanban at Scale, Upstream Kanban, Flow Improvement with Metrics, and the Kanban Maturity Model. Thank you to all participants and to the professor!

Four more nights of tremendous learning and KMP became a reality. Thank you Antonio Polo once again for sharing your knowledge — I particularly highlight the topics on cadences and variability, which were outstanding. I thank everyone in Cohort 19 for this time of experience exchange and learning, in addition to rocking the KSI game.

Today finishing one more item on my Kanban. Just completed the KSI training. Very rich conversations. With great joy I can say #YesWeKanban. Gratitude to Antonio Polo and everyone who contributed to my learning with their insights!

So happy to complete this challenge and earn the KMP certification! Four nights of study and experience exchange with a great cohort. I thank Antonio Polo once again for his teaching style and lessons. We deepened our knowledge of how to evolve, continuously improve, and scale a Kanban system at an organizational and strategic level.
