Immersive workshop that simulates the operation of a Kanban system, allowing participants to experience flow management principles in practice. Applied at Nissan Resende Brasil, the dynamic reproduces common knowledge work challenges — making bottlenecks, interruptions, WIP overload and coordination problems visible. Through successive simulation rounds, participants experience the effects of work policies, prioritization and operational decisions on delivery capacity.
