It is recommended for leaders, managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, agilists, and teams involved in goal management who already have basic OKR knowledge and want to advance to advanced execution, collaboration, accountability, and sustaining exponential results.
Do I need to have completed OKR Bootcamp Part I first? +
It is recommended to have foundational OKR knowledge — either through OKR Bootcamp Part I or prior experience. OKR Exponencial Performance is Part II of the track and works with advanced concepts and tools.
What is OKR Challenge Game®? +
OKR Challenge Game® is an exclusive immersive simulation where you draft and validate OKRs under timebox, present results, and reflect in a guided way on decisions and impacts — experiencing in practice the challenges of a real company.
What certifications are awarded? +
Upon completing the training with a minimum attendance of 80%, you receive two certifications: OKREP – OKR Exponencial Performance and OKRCP – OKR Certified Professional. Certifications are issued by OKR Instituto Brasil and registered on Brazil Open Badges.
What materials and tools are included? +
The training includes access to the Outcomme Academy study environment, official materials, posters, spreadsheets, dashboard examples, review quizzes, visualization guidelines, and OKR progress maps. Also includes 3 months of access to Goalous, an international OKR management software.
