The activity allowed us to experience the challenges of team coordination firsthand. Using AI during the Sprints made the feedback immediate and far more objective than in traditional simulations.

Build a LEGO® City with Scrum and Generative AI
During the workshop, participants organize teams responsible for different areas of a city, engage in collaborative planning, execute Sprints, conduct Scrum ceremonies, and use Generative AI to continuously evaluate the quality of the solution being built. At each cycle, teams receive a technical diagnosis, prioritize improvements, and evolve the city based on evidence, experiencing real challenges of coordination, integration, and decision-making in complex environments.

Designed for those who learn by doing
This workshop was developed for professionals who want to learn agile practices and Artificial Intelligence through a hands-on, collaborative, problem-solving experience.
I want to join the Workshop →A complete cycle of planning, building, and evolving
Throughout the workshop, you will experience a complete cycle of planning, building, inspection, and continuous improvement using Scrum, coordination across multiple teams, and Generative AI as an evaluation mechanism.
I want to join the Workshop →Coordinate multiple teams toward a single goal
Learn to organize the work of different teams, identify dependencies, reduce integration conflicts, and align deliveries to build a unified, cohesive solution.
Apply Scrum in a hands-on experience
Participate in all Scrum ceremonies: Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective, understanding how each event contributes to short delivery cycles and continuous improvement.
Use Generative AI to inspect increments
Discover how to use Artificial Intelligence to analyze deliveries, identify risks, evaluate the quality of the solution built, and guide evidence-based evolution decisions.
Develop systems thinking
Understand how decisions made by one team impact other areas of the solution, practicing dependency analysis, integration, and balancing different components of a complex system.
Learn through experimentation
Build, test, receive feedback, adapt the solution, and repeat the cycle multiple times, experiencing in practice the principles of inspection, adaptation, and incremental development.
Turn feedback into continuous improvement
Compare evaluations across Sprints, prioritize improvement opportunities, and implement changes guided by AI-produced data, strengthening teams' capacity for continuous evolution.

Methodology
Learn by doing. Evolve with evidence.
This workshop uses an experiential learning approach in which participants develop skills through the practical application of concepts in a collaborative environment. Instead of merely studying Scrum and Artificial Intelligence, participants experience a complete cycle of planning, execution, inspection, and continuous improvement while building a LEGO® city.
Challenge-based learning
Each team takes responsibility for a part of the city and works to deliver complete increments at the end of each Sprint, facing integration, coordination, and decision-making challenges similar to those found in real projects.
Scrum applied in practice
Throughout the activity, participants conduct the main Scrum ceremonies: Big Room Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, and Retrospective, understanding in practice the purpose of each event.
Artificial Intelligence as an inspection mechanism
At the end of each Sprint, the built city is evaluated by an Artificial Intelligence engine that analyzes exclusively the elements present in the images, identifies improvement opportunities, and produces a technical diagnostic that guides the next iteration.
Evidence-driven feedback
Teams use the results produced by AI to compare versions of the city, identify implemented improvements, assess the impact of changes, and prioritize new evolution actions during subsequent Sprints.
Continuous improvement
At the end of each cycle, participants conduct a retrospective to analyze results achieved, identify improvement opportunities, and define concrete actions for the next Sprint, reinforcing the principles of inspection, adaptation, and continuous evolution.
