Not directly. The KBC is a preparatory training for the KCP credential, Kanban Coaching Professional. To earn the KCP, you must also have completed the KMM and passed the Kanban University proficiency exam.
The KMM focuses on the organizational maturity model, diagnosis, the 7 maturity levels and the ECM as an evolution framework. The KBC focuses on the human coaching competencies: how to lead, influence, overcome resistance and facilitate transformations. The two directly complement each other.
